Obstetrician and gynecologist

Dr. 莎拉 磨刀石 is an obstetrician and gynecologist whose specialties include family planning and fibroids. She has particular interests in caring for underserved women, health disparities, workforce diversity, patient-centered care and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

磨刀石 is also interested in medical education, and she serves as an instructor on patient care in obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences for the UCSF School of Medicine. She is also the director of the obstetrics and gynecology residency program.

She earned her medical degree at Yale School of Medicine, where she also completed a master of health science degree. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCSF.

    Dr. S. 磨刀石 was beyond very good. She is excellent: stellar communication skills respectful knowledgeable kind and patient remarkably professional in deamoner and inspires patient confidence in provided care. I feel fortunate to have her as my Gynecologist. I hope UCSF is recognizes her professional presence as she is exemplary for future generations of both physicisns and patients.

    Dr. 磨刀石 is an amazing combination of competence confidence and warmth. I told my husband after the visit how I had started to think my expectations of doctors was too high turns out I just hadn't found a great one yet.

    Dr. 磨刀石 was amazing! She listen to every concern and guided me through options. We came up with a long and short term plan that was based around my wants and needs! I would recommend her to anyone in my situation and I look forward to continuing my care with her!

    Dr Whetsone was great. Outcome of my visit was not what I was hoping for but I really appreciated her care efforts explanations and plan for follow up.

    Dr 磨刀石 has mastered the art time efficiency. My visit was short yet thorough professional and pleasant. 令人惊异的! And she was able to answer all my questions at a level that made me comfortable and not rushed. She was made for medicine. May God continue to bless her and her entire team! As her MA and Med Stu. Were ROCK STARS- really patient and professional. I honestly didn't feel rushed at all from start to finish
